Xiaomi's mid-range Redmi Note 13 Pro phone has been launched

The Chinese smartphone company 'Xiaomi' has launched the 'Note 13 Pro' from its well-known brand 'Redmi' which is priced reasonably due to camera and battery. The company also launched two budget phones from the 'Note' series in September, two months before the new Pro Note from the 'Redmi' series.

The company launched the budget phone 'Redmi' two weeks ago and now Xiaomi has also launched the 'Note 13 Pro'. The 'Note 13 Pro' is presented in a single module with a 7.6-inch screen, 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage space. On the back of the phone there are two cameras, of which the main camera is 108 megapixels, while the second is 2 megapixels, but the cameras use Samsung lenses.

Similarly, the Note 13 Pro has a 16-megapixel camera equipped with HDR technology on the front, and the company claims that its lens has also been improved. The Redmi Note 13 Pro has a 5000mAh battery, while a 33W fast charger is offered. The phone has a MediaTek Hi-Lo 6080 chip. Apart from the fingerprint sensor, the phone also offers other security features while being offered in three different colors.

The company initially launched the Note 13 Pro only in China, but it will soon be launched in other countries, including Pakistan. The company has set the Pakistani price of the phone at Rs 62,000, but the price is likely to drop when it launches in Pakistan.

Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus Full Review

Honestly, when I wrote this scenario about the Redmi Note 13 Pro+, I often thought about a phone we have reviewed before the Realme 11 Pro+. There are so many similarities between them as they both have vegan leather backs, and 200MP main cameras, and both retail for only around $300. The Realme 11 Pro+ is no longer in our hands, but the tested data is still there. So can the Note 13 Pro+ beat this phone that was released four months ago? Let's see.

Performance and Gaming

If a Redmi Note model does not have a T in its name, the performance is usually poor. But this time, the performance of the Note 13 Pro+ is a little better than expected. It's not as powerful as the Note 12 Turbo, but it's better than the 12 Pro+ and last year's Realme 11 Pro+. The Note 13 Pro+'s long-term performance doesn't seem to be an issue either, its gaming experience should theoretically be better, and it is. But the frame rate advantage doesn't seem as big as the result suggests. Actually, I don't think the framerate advantage is important, the gaming experience is on the same level.

Camera

Like the realme 11 Pro+, the Note 13 Pro+ replaces the telephoto camera with a super high-megapixel primary camera, which is a good way for a mid-range phone. The HP3 is a great sensor, although it doesn't take 200MP photos, it's one of the best.

Design

We didn't see the vegan leather version of the Note 13 Pro+ in the unlocked and hands-on videos. But now you have it. I don't know about you, but I think this Note 13 Pro+ is the most beautiful Redmi phone I've ever seen.

But it seems that the vegan leather is softer or has more cavities inside, and the resonance of the back sheet can be noticed when the volume is high. I don't think it's a big deal, maybe Redmi also intentionally made the back cover a part of the speaker. Speaking of speakers, this time the Note 13 Pro+ comes with AAC's 2-in-1 speaker engine - Combo. this speaker not only saves space for the vibration motor inside, but also gets more bass and more volume. I have a feeling that more and more phones will use such speakers in the future.

Battery & charging

Although the Note 13 Pro+ has 120W charging power, it can also be fully charged in 23 minutes. Compared to the Realme 11 Pro+, it is only in the first fifteen minutes that the Note 13 Pro+ has a slight advantage. The price we have to pay for better performance is worse battery life, or maybe the system is not yet optimized, anyway, so far the battery life of 13 Pro+ is not considered too great.

Conclusion:

Surprisingly, the Note 13 Pro is a great phone to buy. There's not much to complain about, except that performance and battery life are slightly worse than some phones. After all, budget phones always have compromises. It has better performance than Realme 11 Pro+, better speakers and motors and IP68. so of the two phones I would recommend the Note 13 Pro+.
